疾病、经济增长与相对贫困的复杂系统建模研究

摘要 明确疾病、经济增长与相对贫困之间的作用机制,有利于巩固脱贫攻坚战的成果。基于复杂适应系统和计算机仿真,以四川凉山彝族自治州为案例构建多主体仿真平台。结果表明疾病、经济增长与相对贫困之间有显著的相关性并且降低疾病发生率、增加医保、增强家庭抗风险能力以及提高经济的绿色发展程度可显著减少相对贫困人口数量。因此,破解因病致贫的政策除了健全基本医保外,更需从家庭抗风险能力提升和经济增长方式转变方面综合设计。

Abstract:Clarifying the mechanism among disease, economic growth and relative poverty will help consolidate the results of the fight against poverty. Based on complex adaptive system and computer simulation, a multi-agent simulation platform was constructed with Sichuan Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture as a case. The results indicated there is a significant correlation between disease, economic growth and relative poverty, and reducing the incidence of disease, increasing medical insurance, enhancing family risk resistance, and increasing the degree of green development can significantly reduce the number of relatively poor people. Therefore, in addition to improving basic medical insurance, the policy to solve poverty caused by illness needs to be comprehensively designed from the perspective of improving the family′s ability to resist risks and transforming the economic growth mode.
