This paper attempts to give a general definition of scale-free network, and using the restrictions to show the inclusion relations among different definitions. Then based on the complementary distribution of network node degree to give the definition of scale-free network degree exponent.

Summarizing and analyzing the power law characteristics existed in social tagging systems can help understand the social tagging activities in every aspect and thus help users obtain resources with diversity and personality. In this paper, the power law characteristics of tag increasing, tag usage and tag network in social tagging systems are summarized firstly. Then the forming reasons of the power law are analyzed and the topological potential method is used to describe the social tagging process. Finally, the applications of the power law in tag visualization, automatic tagging, recommendation system and interests mining are discussed, and a personalized recommendation model was proposed. We conclude that analyzing power law characteristics can help provide users personalized information and improve the designs of social tagging systems.

Research of Guarantee Network Based on the Theory of Complex Network   Collect

Based on the enterprises’ guarantee relation data from a commercial bank, this paper builds a guarantee network and does qualitative and quantitative researches with the aid of complex network’s theory. We find that, the guarantee network appears to be a small-world and scale-free network, and its node degree is strongly assortative. Meanwhile, the coreness and betweenness centrality have no apparent connections with the degree. Furthermore, we find and analyze the communities in the guarantee network, and get some interesting conclusions. For example, the distribution of the community’s members has an obvious geographical agglomeration, and enterprise is more likely to guarantee another in the same region, and the communities of Zhejiang and Jiangsu province are various and complex.

A supernetwork model of auti-air operational architecture was presented in the paper as an approach for analyzing the auti-air operational architecture. Firstly, auti-air operational units and links were abstracted into different information granulars, and granular expression of auti-air operational architecture was given; Then a supernetwork frame of auti-air operational architecture was constructed within the layered granular space; Secondly, based on the supernetwork frame, interior information flow in auti-air operational architecture was analyzed with dynamic operating collations, and via extending the granular computing with topology structure, layered transform relations between auti-air operational architecture in different granular scale were analyzed from the vertical viewpoint, then mapping mechanisms with “reflective workflow” among auti-air functional networks were given from the horizontal viewpoint, then the supernetwork model was constructed; Finally, the application case was validated that the model can reveal the interior operating mechanism within auti-air operational architecture in quantify.

This research carries on economics behavioral experiments to study bribery. An experimental platform is designed using the software zTree. Subjects are enrolled to perform the collective interactive experiments. The produced data is analyzed to provide some implications. The experiment results show that the deterrence of punishment is very significant. We also compare the two matching situations, fixed-matching and random-matching. The experiment results show that corruption is easier to be achieved in fixed-match than random-matching which implies that the position rotational system can effectively prevent the occurrence of corruption.

An industrial clusters trading network model is built based on the heterogeneity of clusters. The degree of clusters heterogeneity can be quantitatively described and analyzed by the Cobb-Douglas production function. Meanwhile, the definitions of structure parameters of clusters network are given. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that the costs between different clusters are inversely proportional to the proportion of shared resources. The cluster network model is a heterogeneous network which the centrality and the clustering are very low.Finally, empirical analysis obtains that industrial relationship network of Beijing is consistent with that network we proposed. The heterogeneity between the third industry and other industries is stronger. So, we can say that the development of the third industry promote the progress of the first and the second industry.

The evolution of communication network in the knowledge creation community is studied by join using of the complex network method and null model based on the communication relationships in the codeplex C# small community,which is an open source community. The results show that, the degree distribution of communication network at different stage is a stretched exponential distribution, while the weight of network is a power law distribution. Especially, the characteristic of small world and community structure in these networks are significant, but not in weighted networks. The phenomenon of rich club also exists in these sequence networks. Although the network scale has a gradual increase in stable stage, there is no clear hierarchical cha-racteristic. Hence, it is a typical disassortative network. Therefore, heterogeneity and small word characters appear in this process of knowledge sharing, knowledge flow and the interaction among general users.

An Algorithm for Triplication Cache Partitioning is proposed to adapt for the changing topology, content replacement and data validity. Network is divided into non-public areas of the triplication network groups based on node location, the communication distance must lower than the upper threshold, and obtain an optimal division result to real-time content synchronization within each partition group. Experimental results show that ATCP has improved the performance of cache, and content transmission efficiency with high-density nodes and small cache space.

This paper breaks the uniformity and symmetry constraints of traditional virus propagation model,that the probability of infective node infect healthy node is decided in accordance with its neighbor node degree, and health nodes whose level be susceptible to infection according to their degree of difference with the infected nodes, considering the combined effect of both on the behavior of the spread of the virus. The impact on the virus behavior is verified by changing the parameters through the introduction of the role of those two factors. The simulation results show that the directionality of the infected node infection preferences and propagationbehavior does affect the speed of virusspreading, Finally, the spread of models given about the spread of the virus to speed up and slow down.

We adopt some methods to research individual and group psychology of terrorism, such as Criminology principles and methods, network science, network psychology, group dynamics. The research results show that terrorism group psychology was strongly affected by multiple factors, such as the growth environment of terrorism, social network, media exposure mode and so on. In the counter-terrorism course, it is great significant for eliminating its building network psychological motivation that must control and eliminate building the terrorism network motivation. These measures will help to prevent and fight against terrorism.
